CLIENT BRIEF & REQUIREMENTS
The clients were extending their kitchen but struggled to understand how the new open-plan space should function beyond the kitchen itself. They wanted a bright, modern family space with dining, utility, laundry, and relaxing areas that felt cohesive, practical, and easy to live in every day.

Through realistic 3D visuals and animated walkthroughs, Selekt Design helped the clients fully visualise the space before committing to expensive build decisions. This allowed them to confidently refine the layout, improve functionality, and avoid costly mistakes often discovered too late during construction.
We introduced large glazed sliding doors to maximise light and garden views, reworked the layout for better flow, and designed hidden appliance storage to keep the kitchen looking clean and uncluttered at all times. Every detail from appliance positioning to concealed cabinetry was planned around real everyday use and lessons learned from previous client projects.

The final space feels bright, luxurious, and highly functional, featuring a statement marble island, bespoke media wall, layered lighting, and concealed storage solutions throughout.
